Role Purpose
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) – Commercial will act as a strategic partner to business leaders across revenue‑generating and performance‑driven departments (e.g., Operations, Trading, Marketing). This role focuses on driving business performance through people, aligning HR initiatives with commercial objectives, enhancing productivity, and enabling leadership capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Business Partnering

Essential Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a commercial or revenue‑driven environment
- At least 4+ years relevant HR experience
- Strong understanding of performance management and organisational effectiveness
- Experience supporting Operations, Trading, Marketing, or similar business functions
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change
- Strong analytical skills with experience using HR data to inform decisions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Desirable
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or trading environments
- Knowledge of workforce analytics tools and HR systems
- CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent
- Experience in high‑growth or international organisations
