EC Lending is a privately funded London bridging lender specialising in complex, time-sensitive deals, overseas investors, BMV purchases, and portfolio refinances. We’ve just launched a new London bridging product.
The role is office-based in London, where you’ll build and manage broker and introducer relationships by phone and digital channels, proactively hunting for new business, nurturing existing relationships, and generating a consistent flow of quality cases.
Day to day:
- Outbound calls to brokers and introducers to generate new cases
- Managing pipeline enquiries and keeping deals moving
- Educating brokers on our products: London bridging, 100% net BMV lending, overseas investor capability
- Converting inbound enquiries into applications
- Feeding market intelligence back to the team
What we're looking for:
- 6 months in a BDM, sales or relationship management role within bridging, specialist lending or property finance
- Solid understanding of bridging loans and what brokers care about
- Proven track record generating new business
- Confident, engaging telephone manner
- Self-motivated and target-driven
