EC is seeking a Talent Lead (Part-Time, remote first) to own day-to-day recruitment across permanent, freelance and emerging talent. You will partner with the Head of People to identify talent needs, build pipelines, and deliver outstanding hiring experiences.
You will lead end-to-end hiring, manage Teamtailor, and drive direct sourcing while developing early careers pathways and reducing agency spend. This role combines hands-on delivery with strategic talent initiatives across EC.
