We blend the big ideas of a creative agency with the meticulous execution of a production company, bringing bold, imaginative events to life. We're collaborative, down‐to‐earth, and serious about delivering quality – all while finding time for lightness and fun. If you're someone who's curious, adaptable, and excited to do meaningful work with a team that's got your back, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

We're looking for a Producer to join our Projects team. Reporting into a Senior Producer, you'll be at the heart of making things happen, leading the development, production, and delivery of agency‐led projects, from concept through to execution and reconciliation. You'll manage budgets of up to £500k and act as the primary client contact on day‐to‐day agency projects, collaborating with our Account Management, Production and Creative teams.

You'll Thrive Here If...

  • You're a true event professional with a solid background in live show production and event management.
  • You're an experienced producer/senior project manager with experience either within a similar role within creative production agencies, or in an extended freelance capacity, with live events and show production as your primary focus.
  • You are comfortable with being the primary contact for day‐to‐day client communications on your projects, as well as being the main project driver.
  • You're a collaborative worker; you naturally gravitate to other discipline specialists, acting as the linchpin pulling all elements of a successful event together efficiently and effectively.
  • You have a strong live show production understanding and are very comfortable discussing technical and scenic requirements, briefing and managing content creation and scripting, building show flows, working with show teams, and managing speaker briefings and rehearsals, as well as briefing/communicating with live show crew, including Show callers, stage managers and audio visual teams.
  • You have a good understanding of event management and are comfortable managing venues, caterers, DMC's, guest logistics, speakers, security and accreditation.
  • You are experienced in the management and development of creative elements, and are comfortable managing creative production, developing concepts into deliverables and working closely with both in‐house and freelance creatives.
  • You're a passionate project manager and a strong communicator, both in person and in written content, with excellent attention to detail.
  • You don't get phased under pressure; you're the consummate professional. Even when something isn't going quite according to plan, you remain calm and get the situation sorted.
  • You have a strong track record and a passion for delivering complex B2B events in a variety of sectors, with a particular interest in conferences and C‐suite level hospitality events.
  • You're not afraid to push boundaries but also understand there will always need to be a natural balance between creative and delivery.
  • You easily manage multiple stakeholders from all disciplines on a project and are an expert at pulling everyone's requirements and ideas into strong, deliverable events.
  • You're comfortable with clients. You are experienced in speaking with them and analysing a brief to ensure that what we produce for them meets, or better still exceeds, their requirements.
  • You're comfortable juggling multiple projects at once and can effectively manage your time while ensuring communication with your team and that they understand your workload.
  • You're happy to share ideas for new initiatives and ways of working and equally happy to hear other people's ideas.
  • You're commercially astute. You push boundaries whilst keeping the project budget in mind and can weigh up the best solutions to maximise impact for our clients.
  • You have a strong black book of suppliers and are confident in managing relationships with them, including briefing them on projects, negotiating budgets, and driving timelines.
  • You care about the planet and are interested in finding more sustainable ways of doing things.
  • You're committed to our 2030 Pledge and happy to join our mission to create impactful events at our events.
  • You don't have to tick every box; we care just as much about curiosity, adaptability and a growth mindset as we do experience on paper.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Exploring, interpreting and understanding client briefs, working alongside the Client Services Team on proposals and RFQ's from the pitch and scoping stage.
  • Actively taking part in live pitches when required.
  • Sitting as part of the Projects team, leading on projects with budgets up to £500k.
  • Providing clients with best practice and cutting‐edge solutions for their projects, be that live, digital or hybrid.
  • Running the project from start to finish, developing and driving the event from the initial concept through to the final reconciliation, making sure KPIs are met and that deliverables stay true to the overarching strategy.
  • Main point of contact for client teams during pre‐production, production and live phases, acting as the day‐to‐day client lead, and owning all communications, calls and meetings.
  • Project‐based ownership of our project management tools, such as project packs, decks and trackers.
  • Driver of the main experience design, working closely with creative teams on all design elements, as well as ownership of floor plans/layouts, guest journey and programming.
  • Leading project teams comprising of Project Co‐Ordinators, Production Managers, and Creatives, supported by Technical Directors/Project Directors as needed.
  • Establishing clear communication and review channels, ensuring that the brief, scope and budget are fully understood by everyone involved.
  • Project budget management and ownership, ensuring we are delivering to clients' budgets with proven commercial nous, as well as hitting the required profit markers on project return.
  • Scheduling, progress tracking and post‐event reporting.
  • Acting as a segment owner as part of core teams on our larger projects, taking ownership of your speciality area (creative production/live show/event management/hospitality) within an overarching experience.
  • Bridging the gap between experiential and B2B in your approach, equally at home working in either sector and skilled at bringing the best elements from both into the other, in line with our agency's mission.
