About the Role

We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our team. Reporting into the Account Director (AD), you’ll play a key role in supporting driving client growth and retention, and new business development. This is not a delivery role but one rooted in building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving retention, and supporting with converting new business opportunities.

  • You have a genuine passion for the world of live events, ideally with the majority of your experience across B2B (e.g. conferences, internal comms) and some B2C (e.g. brand activations and experiences).

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Client management & new business development
    • Be one of the main contacts for our clients, developing strong, trusted relationships.
    • Fully understand client brands, businesses, and ambitions to ensure we are delivering with relevance and impact.
    • Help the SAD and Client Director (CD) to build account development plans to identify and unlock opportunities for further projects, experiences, or campaigns.
    • Maintain regular contact with clients, through meetings, calls, and written communication to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
    • Identify opportunities for organic growth and support the SAD and CD in any new business activity where needed (e.g. attending pitches or building relationships).
    • Support with pitch deck creation, including research and information gathering such as costs, feasibility of ideas and location research.
    • Be confident in presenting ideas to clients, with SAD and CD support.
    • Support the AD with administrative tasks where required.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered flawlessly — on strategy, on brand, on time, and on budget.
  • Participate in kick‑off meetings, briefings, and creative reviews to ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Ensure all communications and documentation are client‑ready, well‑written, and presented to the highest standard.
  • Support onsite at events, acting as the client’s advocate and ensuring delivery meets expectations.
  • Monitor project budgets alongside the Projects Team, ensuring profitability and managing any scope changes with the client.
  • Commercial & Financial Acumen
    • Maintain an understanding of commercial targets and contribute to account profitability.
    • Identify and flag opportunities to increase revenue within existing accounts.
    • Ensure accurate reporting on account status, revenue forecasts, and margins.
  • Collaboration & Process
    • Work closely with the AD to align on client strategies and account development opportunities.
    • Collaborate effectively with the internal creative, projects, and production teams to drive quality outcomes.
    • Ensure adherence to internal processes, including timesheets, expenses, and health & safety protocols when onsite.
