About the Role
We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our Growth team. This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone looking to build a career in client management and live events. You’ll work closely with Account Directors and the wider team to support the delivery of exceptional client experiences with a focus on admin, coordination and task-based responsibilities. This is a brilliant opportunity to learn the ropes, contribute to exciting projects, and grow within a fast-paced, creative environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
Client Support & Coordination- Assist the Growth team with day-to-day client communications and admin.
- Help prepare pitch decks, presentations and client-facing documents.
- Support with research tasks - venues, suppliers, costs, feasibility.
- Attend internal briefings and meetings, taking notes and following up on actions.
- Help maintain client records and project documentation to a high standard.
- Be a friendly, professional point of contact for clients when needed.
- Collaborate with Creative, Content, Production and Project teams to support delivery.
- Help manage timelines, trackers and internal systems to keep projects on course.
- Assist with budget tracking and purchase orders under guidance.
- Join onsite teams to support event delivery when required.
