Teaching (EFL) English as a Foreign Language to visiting adult students provides an exceptional opportunity for the creative educator. Position Summary: The EFL Teacher is part of the Academic Team and is responsible for delivering a superior student learning experience through the delivery of classroom instruction, tutorials and student assessment as defined in the EC Teacher Standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver classes according to the curriculum
  • Establish a positive learning environment for all learners
  • Create lessons that are motivating and engaging
  • Provide feedback and support
  • Check work notices and announcements

Education Required: Bachelors Degree, CELTA / Trinity Certificate (or equivalent)

Experience Required:

  • Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver high quality language lessons
  • Good IT skills

Experience Desired:

  • Experience studying or working abroad
