The Partner Manager will take ownership of EC-Council’s partner ecosystem in the UK and wider European market. This role focuses on building and expanding strategic relationships with training partners, resellers, distributors, and alliances. The Partner Manager will be responsible for enabling partners to drive revenue, improve delivery quality, and position EC-Council as the premier cybersecurity certification and training provider.
Position OverviewResponsibilities
- Develop and execute a partner strategy that drives growth and market penetration across UK & Europe.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with key partners including training providers, VARs (Value-Added Resellers), distributors, and strategic alliances.
- Onboard, train, and enable new partners to effectively sell and deliver EC-Council programs.
- Co-create joint business plans with top partners, setting revenue goals and execution timelines.
- Act as the main point of contact for partner performance, ensuring revenue targets are consistently achieved.
- Collaborate with marketing to design and execute partner demand-generation campaigns, co-branded events, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Drive partner enablement: sales training, certification of instructors, lab access, and continuous education.
- Monitor and analyse partner performance; provide regular reporting and insights to leadership.
- Represent EC-Council at industry conferences, networking forums and other engagements alongside partners.
- Identify and recruit new high-potential partners to strengthen the ecosystem beyond ATCs; MSSPs, VARs, ISVs.
- Strong partner/channel management skills: building and scaling partner ecosystems.
- Commercial negotiation and contract management.
- Sales enablement: equipping partners with tools, training, and resources to succeed.
- Strategic planning: creating joint business plans and driving execution.
- Analytical ability: assessing partner performance, identifying gaps, and optimising revenue streams.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity, IT training, or SaaS landscapes.
- Understanding of certification and workforce development ecosystems.
- Ability to align partner capabilities with market demand and compliance frameworks.
- Relationship building: trusted advisor to partners at both commercial and executive levels.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and verbal.
- Collaborative mindset: working across internal sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-moving market.

- Established network of training providers, distributors, or system integrators in the UK.
