Operating in over 170 countries, we are the owner and developer of globally recognized cybersecurity certification programs. We have trained and certified more than 400,000 information security professionals worldwide, helping shape the global cybersecurity workforce.

As a Growth Manager, you will be responsible for expanding market reach and converting new opportunities into measurable revenue. The role combines partner acquisition, go-to-market activation, targeted outreach, and ownership of the commercial pipeline in HubSpot. You will identify new growth opportunities, develop qualified prospects, support deals through to closure, and ensure that newly signed partners are successfully activated and generating business. Working closely with leadership, sales representatives, and the US outreach team, you will generate qualified meetings, maintain momentum across active opportunities, and ensure timely follow-up at every stage of the sales process. You will also use pipeline data and market insights to identify high-potential targets, improve outreach strategies, and strengthen commercial execution. This is a hands‑on growth role for an experienced professional who can provide strategic direction while actively driving business development, partnerships, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Growth

  • Identify high-potential markets, accounts, and commercial opportunities; develop targeted outreach to create qualified demand.
  • Build email campaigns, secure and conduct meetings, and advance opportunities through proposals, commercial discussions, and closure.
  • Arrange strategic meetings for leadership and coordinate preparation, decisions, and follow-up.

Partner Acquisition

  • Prospect and engage professional associations, training providers, resellers, institutions, and other relevant channel partners.
  • Assess partner fit and revenue potential; develop the value proposition, negotiate commercial terms, and drive agreements to signature.

GTM Activation

  • Develop a practical go‑to‑market plan for new partners, covering target audiences, positioning, outreach, launch activity, and first sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate onboarding and enablement, resolve early blockers, and follow through until partners generate business.
  • Own HubSpot deal and contact data, pipeline stages, task queues, outreach workflows, and commercial reporting.
  • Build reliable email outreach infrastructure and maintain accurate next steps, forecasts, and visibility into conversion.
  • Track actions before and after meetings; coordinate sales representatives and the US outreach team to ensure timely follow-up.

Commercial Performance

  • Review pipeline activity, conversion, and partner productivity to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
  • Help establish clear targets and sales workflows; use automation and AI tools where they strengthen execution.

What success looks like

  • A qualified, accurately tracked pipeline with clear ownership, next steps, and timely follow-up.
  • A steady flow of qualified meetings, new revenue opportunities, and signed partners.
  • Partners activated and generating revenue, alongside improved conversion through the sales funnel.
  • Sales and outreach teams completing agreed actions on time.
  • Better visibility for leadership into pipeline, forecasts, and growth priorities.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience in revenue growth, channel sales, partnerships, revenue operations, or a related commercial role; SaaS experience is useful.
  • Hands‑on experience using HubSpot to manage pipelines, tasks, outreach workflows, and reporting.
  • A practical understanding of how sales teams operate, how targets are managed, and how opportunities move through a funnel.
  • Experience prospecting, acquiring partners, negotiating commercial agreements, and advancing deals.
  • Ability to plan partner go‑to‑market activity and follow through until partners become commercially active.
  • Sound commercial judgment and the experience to advise leadership on sales effectiveness while personally driving execution.
  • Strong organization and communication, with the confidence to coordinate and hold sales colleagues accountable constructively.

Helpful background

  • Experience with professional education, insurance, cybersecurity, or another specialist B2B market would be valuable, but is not essential.
