A key role within the finance team. Reporting to the Head of Finance, supported by and supporting an Accounts Assistant.
Role focus is to manage Key Retail Customer Accounts and contribute to the day to day success of a busy and collaborative finance department.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the sales ledger and debtor accounts, with a particular focus on key customer accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of queries.
- Manage debtors process, ensuring payments are collected efficiently and in line with company procedures.
- Identify and implement process
- Supervise and support the Accounts Receivable Assistant, including providing cover during periods of absence.
- Complete month-end and year-end activities, including balance sheet reconciliations and audit preparation.
- Provide additional support across the Finance function as required.
