Domestic Abuse Solicitor NQ 1-2 years Watford, Herts. c£35,000 - £50,000 Job Purpose To provide specialist legal advice, representation, and advocacy to survivors of domestic abuse across a range of protective injunction matters — including Non-Molestation Orders, Occupation Orders, and related family proceedings.
The postholder will independently manage a varied caseload, ensuring the highest standards of client care and compliance with Legal Aid Agency and SRA regulations.
This role requires a sensitive, trauma-informed approach and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
The Domestic Abuse Solicitor will also contribute to the development of junior team members, represent clients in court, and actively support the department’s growth through outreach, client engagement, and community partnerships.
