The property has a wide ranging client base, from locals socialising and dining, and a strong passing trade. There are several local village events providing excellent business opportunities, and occasional private hire events – such as weddings etc.

You will be an experienced operator with at least 5 years experience – up to GM or Deputy level, seeking your next career move. A proven ability to lead and motivate the dedicated front of house and kitchen teams and experienced with running a hospitality business including finance ( achieving GP ), rotas, staff training, costings and pricing, cleanliness, cellar maintenance, ordering , ensuring the best suppliers in quality and pricing are required, though most important is a visible hands on Front of House presence, with the ability to build strong relationships wiith both current and new customers.
