A fabulous new role joining my client, a B Corp Certified company within the Publishing sector. The successful candidate will support day-to-day People operations and ensure end-to-end people and company compliance across policies, right-to-work, onboarding and audits. The role spans administration, data accuracy, process improvement, and first-line employee support.

Specific Responsibilities include:

  • Support onboarding induction processes to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for new employees
  • Maintain and update the HR system
  • Accurate record keeping across HR, Health Safety Environmental reporting
  • Support company events and employee engagement activities
  • Support learning and development initiatives
  • Monitor compliance with company policies, legal regulations and industry standards
  • Coordinate employee compliance training and communicate regulatory updates
  • Assist in identifying, investigating, and resolving compliance issues or policy breaches
  • Support audits, risk assessments, and implementation of corrective actions
  • Provide general administrative office support
