Undertaking a key role in the future growth of the Company, a background in Engineering service operations, team leadership and commercial management is required in the successful candidate, who will lead the UK wide Service Teams.
Role purpose:
- Driving Sales, ensuring profitability and operational efficiency across the UK via the network of offices, enabling growth of the UK Service Division with responsibilities including:
- Responsible for budget and P&L for the Service division
- Develop and implement systems, processes and operational improvements
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained
- Monitor, implement and work to operational KPIs
- Undertake a range of reporting and present to the Managing Director and Board.
