Undertaking a key role in the future growth of the Company, a leading provider of Moveable Walls Partitions. A background in Engineering service operations, team leadership and commercial management is required in the successful candidate, who will lead the UK wide Service Teams.

Role purpose:

  • Driving Sales, ensuring profitability and operational efficiency across the UK via the network of offices, enabling growth of the UK Service Division.
  • Responsible for budget and P&L for the Service division.
  • Develop and implement systems, processes and operational improvements.
  • Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained.
  • Monitor, implement and work to operational KPIs.
  • Undertake a range of reporting and present to the Managing Director and Board.
