The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of business accounts, developing strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. With over 300,000 unique businesses in our database, the role requires an individual that is adept at striking up and maintaining relationships. The individual we are looking for has to possess the core skills of proactivity, positivity, and passion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Manage and nurture relationships with existing business clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and increase sales revenue.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct regular meetings and communications with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the Sales Director.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and product management, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
