We are seeking a results-driven Tik Tok Affiliate Manager to develop and scale our Tik Tok Shop affiliate program.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the affiliate team, optimising content performance, and leading the team to improve sales growth through Tik Tok Shop affiliates.

This role requires strong knowledge of Tik Tok Shop, creator marketing, affiliate operations, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities Affiliate Program Growth Develop and execute affiliate growth strategies to increase GMV and sales.

Expand the creator network across various tiers, including nano, micro, mid-tier, and top creators.

Monitor affiliate performance and identify opportunities for scaling.

Plan and execute regular affiliate engagement activities, challenges, and incentive programs to encourage creator participation and content production.

Develop monthly and seasonal affiliate competitions to drive video volume, GMV, and product promotion.

Build and nurture an active affiliate community through group communications, webinars, live training sessions, and creator events.

Analyse creator content performance and identify winning content angles.

Provide recommendations to improve affiliate video quality.

Work closely with creators to generate high-performing shoppable content.

Sample & Budget Management Manage product seeding and sample distribution programs.

Monitor sample ROI and optimise allocation toward high-potential creators.

Track affiliate commission spending and campaign budgets.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, Communications, or related field. 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or Tik Tok Shop operations.

Hands‑on experience with Tik Tok Shop Affiliate Centre.

Strong understanding of Tik Tok content trends and creator ecosystem.

Experience managing creator outreach and partnerships.

Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and performance reporting.
