Join a high-performing team as a Product Owner – Payments
As a product-led organisation, Product at Ebury drives strategy for the business. As Product Owner – Payments, you will be responsible for the performance of your payments areas within the business, covering both new and existing products.
You will be responsible for:
- Implementing new payment schemes or connectivities to banks or partners, regardless of connectivity or format
- Translating rules into requirements
- Designing payment flows covering all transaction types within a scheme
- Managing your payment backlog for one or multiple Tech teams
- Participating in all agile ceremonies
- Defining, tracking, and monitoring KPIs for product initiatives, and making decisions based on results
Requirements include:
- Experience implementing payment schemes (e.g., SEPA, ETFs, FPS, etc.)
- Solid knowledge of the SWIFT network
- Experience as a Technical Product Owner in the Payment industry
- Ability to translate rulebooks or API specs into requirements
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Nice to have:
- 3+ years in a Product role within a high-growth fintech, neobank, software/service company, or as a Business Analyst in a bank
- Hands-on experience with Jira
- Knowledge of all agile ceremonies
- Proven success delivering product solutions in fast-paced, agile environments
- High organisational and project management capabilities
- Strong analytical skills to break down problems
- Experience working in high-growth or scaling environments
