As a Tech Recruiter, you'll be at the heart of welcoming new Tech talent, ensuring they feel right at home from day one. You will be part of a recruitment team working cross-functionally and internationally to source candidates for a diverse range of vacancies:
- Source and recruit candidates through LinkedIn and other social networks
- Network across the company building strong relationships with internal customers at all levels
- Ensure accurate information is captured in our recruitment system (Greenhouse)
A proven track record as an agency recruiter or in-house/TA experience of volume recruitment is beneficial. Proven experience of delivering Tech recruitment internationally is also required. While our initial requirement is to support our Technology team's growth, there may be other opportunities to support wider recruitment needs cross-functionally. Experience in recruitment within Financial Services is beneficial.
Fluent English is required, and additional languages are an advantage. A flexible mindset and the ability to cope with our fast-paced culture are essential.
