A new position has become available to enable our growing Whitelabel team to expand. As a Key Account Manager in the team you will be responsible for looking after an existing book of business and ensuring it continues to grow.

What you’ll do:

  • Regular client meetings with directors to discuss current performance
  • Develop strong relationships with current Whitelabel Partners
  • Work to generate additional revenue for our partners and train them on Ebury's products and capabilities
  • Work with Ebury teams to ensure service levels are maintained for partners
  • Work with the sales team to generate new business
  • Ensure partners follow Ebury AML processes
  • Give Ebury feedback on how to improve processes and systems to help our partners and clients

What you’ll need:

  • Proven sales and/or partner management experience in a B2B financial services organisation, ideally coming from an FX background
  • Ideally this person will have worked with a network of Whitelabel partners / Program Managers in the past
  • Ideally with a business/finance academic background
