As Engineering Manager for the Identity Platform, you lead a team building scalable authentication and authorization controls, shaping secure, high-throughput services across human, service, and bot identities.
You own end-to-end client outcomes, from APIs to data, with autonomy and accountability.
You’ll balance hands-on coaching with strategic platform thinking, embedding AI thoughtfully into the product.

Responsibilities
- Grow the team with actionable feedback and clear career paths
- Deliver on business outcomes by planning roadmaps, sequencing work and managing risk
- Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews for high-scale, event-driven systems on AWS and Big Query
- Partner with Product, Design and Business domains to shape customer solutions
- Maintain production-grade stability, testing standards, CI/CD, and observability
- Integrate AI tools into development workflows while owning shipped code
- Key requirements
- Engineering leadership experience with team mentorship and high delivery standards
- Strong CS foundation and experience building/operating distributed systems at scale (AWS, event-driven architectures, APIs)
- Proven hiring ability and closing exceptional talent from scratch
- Hands-on AI tooling experience and opinions on productivity improvements via AI
- Product and quality mindset focused on value delivery and disciplined handling of money-movement systems
- Excellent English communication and leadership skills
