A new position has become available to enable our growing Whitelabel team to expand. As a Key Account Manager you will be responsible for looking after an existing book of business and ensuring it continues to grow.

What You’ll Do

  • Regular client meetings with directors to discuss current performance
  • Develop strong relationships with current Whitelabel Partners
  • Work to generate additional revenue for partners and train them on Ebury's products and capabilities
  • Work with Ebury teams to ensure service levels are maintained for partners
  • Work with the sales team to generate new business
  • Ensure partners follow Ebury AML processes
  • Give Ebury feedback to improve processes and systems to help partners and clients

What You’ll Need

  • Proven sales and/or partner management experience in a B2B financial services organization, ideally with an FX background
  • Experience working with a network of Whitelabel partners/program managers
  • Business/finance academic background (ideally)
