Design policy stack including KYD policy, PM tiering, escalation playbook. Develop program‑wide data lens with dashboards on risk. Lead monitoring, training, and governance for PM lifecycle.
Requirements
- 5+ years in financial‑services compliance, in a senior role at EMI, payment or bank.
- Named MLRO or deputy MLRO with onboarding authority.
- Experience overseeing introducer/agent networks at scale with annual reviews.
- Experience designing UK/EU registration filings.
- Data‑driven risk oversight with MI to drive decisions.
- Strong knowledge of financial‑crime frameworks and outsourcing standards.
