Launch Your FinTech Career as a Graduate Business Developer at Ebury in our dynamic Partnerships team. As a Business Developer in the Partnerships team, you will have responsibility to grow our partnerships business by developing collaborations with various businesses and institutions in the UK with the goal of offering Ebury services to these companies and to their end clients. Along the way, you’ll be supported by experienced mentors and have access to structured development programmes designed to accelerate your career. Whether you aim to lead a team or specialise in high-level account management, you’ll have the tools and guidance to get there.

What you’ll do:

  • Identify, prioritise, and sign up new partners for our rapidly expanding partnerships business.
  • On-board and set up new partners across Money Service Businesses, Law Firms, Accounting firms, Brokers and Financial Institutions.
  • Report on progress against plan, ensuring that agreed targets are met.
  • Expand existing business and provide feedback to technology and product managers.

What you’ll need:

  • Enthusiastic & highly motivated.
  • Desire or experience working in B2B sales or a client-facing environment.
