KYC Systems Admin Ebury London Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week.

You will be a key contributor in designing and implementing Ebury's CLM solutions, with a focus on configuring the Fenergo platform. Your work will drive more robust and compliant applications, ultimately removing boundaries for our clients’ money and making global business possible. You will play a vital role in core Ebury services and processes, including Anti‑Money Laundering (AML), Customer Risk Rating, Identity Verification (ID&V), and Ongoing Due Diligence.

What You’ll Do

  • Configure FenX platform (Fenergo) in line with the Ebury requirements.
  • Validate the functional configuration changes as expected.
  • Support acceptance testing to address, respond to functional queries and make any appropriate configuration updates related to these queries.
  • Collaborate with the Product Team with respect to product requirements and testing outputs.
  • Support defect triage throughout the delivery process.
  • Adhere to internal governance processes, and ensure compliance with the standard processes.

What You’ll Need

  • Previous experience with the Fen-X configuration is a must‑have.
  • Strong business analysis skills, business process and requirements analysis – experience in eliciting and analysing business requirements and following the process through to final delivery.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate issues as required.
  • Good attention to detail, organised and results‑oriented.
  • Proficient analytical and solutioning skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team‑player mentality.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills including fluency in English.
