As a Senior Product Manager for FX Products, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution for Ebury's core client-facing foreign exchange capabilities. Your mission is to build industry-leading, high-availability, and cost-effective FX solutions that power our entire external client-facing platform and distribution channels. This is a high-impact role. You will leverage your foreign exchange expertise and passion for building complex, scalable financial infrastructure to drive Ebury's next phase of growth. Your core mission is to define the future for how our global enterprises and platforms move, convert, and manage currency seamlessly, directly supporting our product launches, scaling efforts, and entry into new countries.

Responsibilities
- FX Product Strategy & Vision: Define and drive the long-term product strategy and translate 0-6 month strategic goals into clear, functional roadmaps. Communicate this roadmap and drive a unified vision for the FX subdomain that unites and motivates cross-functional team members.
- Execution Excellence & Delivery: Provide clear direction to the engineering team, anticipate technical obstacles, address challenges, and ensure smooth execution. Partner with the Engineering manager to manage the team's delivery cadence, adopt best practices, launch products consistently and on time, and improve speed and quality of delivery.
- Risk & Dependency Management: Own the operational and regulatory risks for the FX product, proactively mitigating them. Identify cross-domain dependencies and collaborate with peers across Payments, Lending, and other areas to align on shared goals.
- Client Focus & Domain Mastery: Understand the global FX market, competitive landscape, and regulatory constraints. Be hypothesis-driven, validate problems through research and user feedback before investing in solutions, and serve as the go-to subject matter expert in FX.
- Data-Driven Prioritization & Strategy: Execute data-driven prioritization using analytical skills and internal data, balancing short-term client needs and commercial growth with long-term product vision (e.g., derivative products, platform resilience). Use insights to manage difficult tradeoffs.
- Commercial Impact & Optimization: Monitor product performance with key indicators (FX margins, client transaction conversion rates, market share, operational efficiency). Propose opportunities for growth and efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
- Influencer & Champion: Influence decision-making among product squads by providing essential business context to engineering, data, and design peers.
- Team Leadership & Culture: Act as a subject matter expert and mentor Junior Product Managers, fostering ownership and domain excellence. Share learnings and best practices, and provide high-quality feedback in interviews.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years in Product Management, with at least 2+ years focused on Foreign Exchange (FX).
- Practical knowledge of FX market structure (spot, forwards, options) and regulatory compliance.
- Experience building and scaling API-first products for developers or enterprise consumption.
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex technical, financial, and regulatory information into clear, executable product plans and user stories.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in a global or multi-regional FinTech environment is highly desirable.
