The Product Graduate role is for high‑potential individuals beginning their career in Product Management. This position blends foundational learning with product feature ownership, preparing you for rapid growth into an Associate Product Manager role. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to contribute to the product vision, execute on the roadmap, and ensure the successful delivery of our products that help SMEs move money around the globe to propel their growth.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in the delivery of small features, helping to crack the big problems of moving money like a local for those who trade internationally.
- Own the end‑to‑end delivery of small to medium features impacting the payments and collections worlds, from ideation to launch and iteration pairing up with more senior team members.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for owned features and report on how the product performs.
- Support the team by writing clear user stories and resolving queries around those.
- Participate in user research, demonstrating a foundational understanding of our end users, SMEs and Entrepreneurs, and market landscape.
- Gather feedback from our users and derive insights.
- Understand the product's basic architecture and technology stack.
- Communicate clearly within the team, providing updates and seeking clarity.
- Proactively ask questions and seek guidance from senior team members, learning from them.
Product Strategy & Vision
- Understand the money flows team’s product vision and how your work contributes to it.
- Translate product strategy into a clear, prioritized roadmap for a small area or feature set.
- Effectively present feature plans and results to cross‑functional teams.
Must have
- You studied engineering degree at top schools (e.g.: Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE/ICAI), Imperial, UCL, Cambridge and Oxford).
- You have an interest in payments and how money moves around the globe.
- You are curious and you want to make a difference.
