How You’ll Make an Impact
- Scale the Core: Architect and evolve our next-generation platform channels, balancing new feature delivery with long-term system stability.
- Drive Architecture: Lead service and component design through our collaborative Request for Comments (RFC) process.
- True Ownership: Live the "you build it, you run it" ethos—owning everything from local code and containerization to CI/CD pipelines and production monitoring.
- Elevate the Team: Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture focused on clean code, testability, and continuous delivery.
What You’ll Bring
- Track Record: 5+ years building high-performance, client-facing web applications.
- Backend Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis, and secure RESTful APIs.
- Frontend Proficiency: Mastery of TypeScript, React, Jest, and Storybook. (Experience with Micro-Frontends is a massive bonus).
