- Maritime Senior Partner Relationship Manager
- Ebury London - office based
We are looking for a senior team member under our Partnerships vertical based in our London office, who is already familiar with FX transactions, has a strong customer service mindset, and can manage high volumes of payment requests to our Shipping Intermediary Clients across the globe.
- What you’ll do
- Service a portfolio of partners and their clients through a range of different products, including APIs, FX and international payments.
- Execution of FX trades with multiple liquidity providers, using various different trading platforms.
- Handle a high volume of incoming requests via phone and email tickets from the partner.
- Gain an in-depth understanding of the processes within all departments including screening, operations, reconciliation, compliance, treasury and tech
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both our Maritime partners and our internal departments.
- Assist partners in growing their existing businesses through your Ebury product knowledge
- Act as a team leader, manage and mentor our Partner Relationship Associates within the Maritime / Shipping vertical
Experience
- Fluent in English
- Degree level education preferred
- Strong mathematical/analytical/legal background
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Previous customer service experience would be advantageous
- Proven FX knowledge - client facing and operational FX experience
- Proven experience in finance / FX industry in a sales / mid-office role
