We are looking for a Client Engagement & Marketing Manager to drive business growth, build outstanding client relationships, and play a key role in shaping the future of how Ebsford connects with its clients and the wider market.
What we need from you...
Client Engagement
- Support the Head of CEM with the development and delivery of a programme of client engagement in line with the overall CEM strategy
- Manage and maintain our bespoke CRM system, tracking the success of the opportunity pipeline
- Deliver effective account management and account reviews
- Manage the process for acquiring client satisfaction reviews and feedback
- Lead the concept and delivery of community days and site open days — hosting on-site, conducting interviews, capturing drone footage and creating showcase videos
- Manage relationships with all stakeholders including clients and industry bodies
Business Development
- Work with the Head of CEM and business unit Heads to identify new opportunities and acquire new clients
- Build relationships through warm and cold client contact including phone calls, emails and client meetings
- Research potential clients, attend meetings, talk through Ebsford services and follow up
- Identify and attend networking events to support company growth
- Arrange, manage and attend a programme of client lunch and learn presentations
Marketing
- Support the Head of CEM in developing and delivering the overall CEM strategy
- Evolve and deliver our digital presence: social media, direct mail, blogs, newsletters, video and news articles
- Manage the content and continuously improve the company website
- Develop and communicate briefs for external suppliers including website developers, graphic designers and PR agencies
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and client movements to inform future strategy
- Direct the production of marketing materials including brochures, capability statements and exhibition banners
- Plan and manage the annual events calendar, including exhibitions, sponsorships, conferences and awards
- Provide direct line management of the part-time Assistant Marketing Manager
It is essential that you have…
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing, business development, relationship management or a similar role
- Previous experience in construction, civil engineering, environmental services or a similar industry
- Strong IT skills including PowerPoint
- Full, valid UK driving licence
It would be desirable if you have…
- A degree or CIM qualification
- Experience with CRM platforms and leveraging data
- Experience using Google Analytics
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as Mailchimp

This is a full-time, permanent position with 28 days annual leave, pro rata (inc. Bank Holidays). This is a hybrid role with an expectation to work from our Head Office in Castleford, West Yorkshire 2 days per week.
