Ebsford are an environmental contractor who specialise in restoring and improving the natural landscape. Our operations teams work throughout the UK delivering amazing projects in some stunning locations as well as some challenging conditions. We are proud to be creating new habitats, improving aquatic environments as well as invasive plant management, biodiversity and blue green infrastructure that protect wildlife and enhance public spaces that our communities rely on. Established in 2011 we have expanded our teams with the best talent who are dedicated to bringing our projects to life. We are looking for someone who can work nationally, delivering onsite tasks and activities safely and within scheduled timescales whilst supporting the wider teams to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and to an exceptional standard.

What we need from you…

  • Site Set up or supporting site set up as experience develops
  • Follow drawings to deliver projects as experience develops
  • Carry out site activities in line with project method statements, risk assessments (CPPs) and task briefing sheets
  • To operate plant and machinery in a safe, controlled manner
  • Be professional in approach to clients/customers in discussion, communication, working with others and appearance
  • Carry out site activities to the programme/deadlines
  • Comply with the requirements of the Company’s Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety Management system by compiling, handling and communicating required information
  • Contribute to Company learning and continual improvement in delivering projects
  • Report any Health & Safety concerns
  • Lead Ebsford site teams and subcontractors in completing tasks taking responsibility for your own & other’s Health & Safety
  • Prepare & deliver Daily Engagement Briefings to site teams

It is essential that you have…

  • Current CSCS card
  • Full UK Driving Licence

This is a full-time, permanent position with 28 days annual leave, pro rata (inc. Bank Holidays).
