The Go to Market Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the successful launch of Moultrie's hardware products and app feature releases. This role is responsible for executing cross-functional go-to-market plans, coordinating teams, and ensuring product readiness across marketing, sales, product, and operations. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and project manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for bringing innovative products to market.
Responsibilities- Drive the execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and app feature releases, keeping all teams aligned on launch timelines and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain launch checklists, playbooks, and key milestones to ensure GTM readiness.
- Act as the central point of coordination for launch-related requests from Product, Sales, and Marketing teams, ensuring all inputs are captured, prioritized, and executed.
- Manage the backlog of creative assets needed for product and app launches, ensuring all required materials are prioritized and delivered on time.
- Proactively remove blockers, track progress, and keep stakeholders aligned to ensure launch deliverables stay on schedule.
- Partner with Operations to track inventory readiness, pricing, product availability for launches.
- Track and analyze post-launch performance metrics, including customer feedback and reviews, plus other sales and product adoption metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 4+ years of marketing or go-to-market experience, preferably in consumer products, technology, or the outdoor industry.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating product launches or major feature releases across multiple teams.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple launches simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools such as Asana.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with tight launch schedules.
- Experience working with retail, e-commerce, and digital marketing teams to drive launch campaigns.
- Familiarity with consumer software or app-based feature launches.
