EBS | Electrical & Facilities Maintenance
About the Role
EBS is looking for an experienced, fully qualified Multi-Skilled Electrician to join our growing team.
We need a reliable, hands-on professional with strong electrical fault-finding skills and experience in general building maintenance. You will work across a variety of commercial and domestic properties, carrying out reactive repairs, installations and planned maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- * Electrical installations, repairs, fault finding and maintenance.
- * Lighting repairs and emergency lighting testing.
- * Electrical inspection and testing.
- * Basic plumbing repairs, including taps, toilets and leaks.
- * General carpentry, joinery, painting and decorating.
- * General building fabric and facilities maintenance.
- * Responding to reactive call-outs and completing planned maintenance.
- * Completing job reports, photographs and relevant documentation.
- * Maintaining high standards of safety, workmanship and customer service.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- * NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
- * City & Guilds 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671).
- * City & Guilds 2391 Inspection and Testing or equivalent.
- * Minimum two years’ building maintenance experience.
- * Practical knowledge of multiple trades.
- * Full UK driving licence.
- * Ability to work independently and communicate professionally with customers.
