Join our bar team at Sheraton Athlone Hotel, part of the Hodson Bay Group, which is now hiring passionate Bartenders & Mixologists for permanent roles in the S Bar & Bistro. Youâll be at the heart of a buzzing bar, creating standout cocktails and drinks while delivering warm, memorable service that keeps guests coming back.
What youâll be doing:
- Crafting and serving cocktails, spirits, wines and beers to the highest standards.
- Delivering exceptional, friendly bar and floor service with real personality.
- Ensuring all products are recorded and presented correctly for payment.
- Following HACCP and all food safety and licensing regulations.
- Maximising sales through confident upselling and promoting bar specials.
- Using excellent communication skills to build rapport with guests and colleagues.
