We are looking for truly passionate, experienced, and outstanding Food & Beverage experts to join Crystalbrook Kingsley in Newcastle. We are proud to offer exceptional food and beverage experiences to all our guests and welcome applications from individuals with experience in mixology and high-end bar service. All positions report to the Venue Managers, working in collaboration with a well-established and dynamic food and beverage team.
Qualifications:
- A natural ability to connect with people from around the globe
- Demonstrated experience in cocktail and wine service
- An absolute passion for your chosen trade
- Ability to offer savvy suggestions on beverages to impress any indecisive guest
- Provide insight into the best spirits, wines and cocktails to suit the palate or the mood
- A knowledge of great cocktails and local ingredients
- Having initiative to learn more and do more to contribute to having the best service-reputation in town
- Demonstrate interest in hospitality and service industry through study or experience in customer service
- Current valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol Card
