Food and Beverage Team Members in a luxury five-star hotel will deliver exceptional service across our dining outlets, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable and high-quality experience. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, providing attentive service, and maintaining the highest standards in line with the hotel’s brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver warm, attentive, and personalised service across all guest touchpoints.
- Present menus, answer questions, and guide guests through offerings with confidence and clarity.
- Support proactive guest engagement, anticipating needs and ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Address guest requests promptly, escalating to supervisors when required.
- Assist with table setup, service flow, and clearing in alignment with service standards.
- Support the delivery of food and beverages, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and presentation consistency.
- Maintain the dining area’s cleanliness, ambience, and readiness throughout service periods.
- Assist in restocking service stations, linens, and operational supplies.
- Assist with reservation flow, seating coordination, and communication with the front desk as needed.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar teams to support smooth service transitions.
- Follow daily checklists, SOPs, and operational requirements to maintain consistent service quality.
- Adhere to all food hygiene, safety, and allergen protocols.
- Maintain strong knowledge of standards relating to service etiquette and responsible alcohol service.
- Ensure all service equipment and areas meet hygiene and cleanliness expectations.
- Work closely with supervisors and managers to support service priorities.
- Participate in pre-service briefings to stay informed of specials, menu changes, and key service notes.
