Responsabilità
- Riporterai al Restaurant & Bar Manager e sarai responsabile di indirizzare il lavoro degli Chef de Rang, Demichef de rang, e dei commis, garantendo chiare responsabilità.
- Gestire la clientela: accoglienza, prenotazioni, comande, servizio al tavolo e attività quotidiane del ristorante Il Giardino.
- Contribuire alle strategie di upselling e revenue management in sinergia con l’F&B Manager e il Restaurant & Bar Manager, monitorando le performance di vendita.
- Gestire turni, ordini, stock e inventari, garantendo il rispetto delle normative HACCP e la corretta manutenzione di attrezzature e postazioni di lavoro.
- Promuovere i valori Passione, Personalità, Rispetto, Lavoro di Squadra, e Creatività per rafforzare la cultura We Care.
