Nous recherchons un(e) Chef de Bar / Barman expérimenté(e) capable de prendre en main et faire évoluer notre bar au cœur d’un lieu de loisirs dynamique (bowling, événements, soirées à thème, karaoké…). Ici, le bar n’est pas un simple comptoir : c’est un véritable point central d’ambiance et d’expérience client.
Vos missions
- Assurer le service bar (cocktails, boissons, rapidité, qualité)
- Gérer les stocks, commandes et organisation du bar
- Encadrer et accompagner l’équipe bar
- Être force de proposition sur la carte boissons / cocktails
- Participer à la création d’une ambiance forte lors des soirées et événements
- Garantir une expérience client fluide, dynamique et professionnelle
Ce qu’on attend vraiment
- Expérience solide en bar (idéalement avec responsabilités)
- Capacité à gérer du volume + garder de la qualité
- Sens du service + énergie + leadership naturel
