We are looking for a charismatic Bartender to shake things up with us as part of the team at the Seabird Restaurant.
Location: The Hoxton, Southwark
Working hours: Full Time
Contract type: Indefinite
Responsibilities:
- Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves.
- Make whatever the mood calls for, from soft drinks to masterful cocktails that change with the seasons.
- Know your product and systems inside out.
- Work with the rest of the team to keep things running smoothly and tidily for both table and bar service.
Qualifications:
- Previous bar‑tending and particularly cocktail‑making experience.
- A natural people person – confident behind the bar and brilliant with guests.
- Looking for a place where you can be yourself; no clones in suits.
- Passion for hospitality – creating memorable experiences for guests and colleagues.
- Not precious; we leave our egos at the door and help get things done.
