The Punch Room, a modern reincarnation of London’s 19th-century private clubs, is designed to be an intimate space away from the Soho crowds, where guests can taste 30 speciality punches – including the signature gin-infused EDITION house punch.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the highest standards of hospitality and service in the restaurant and the bar.
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of wines, cocktails and speciality drinks and take pride in learning our food menu as well.
  • Engage with guests, get to know our regulars and learn to anticipate their needs.
  • This role is hands-on and requires flexibility with working hours and the ability to work weekends and nights.
