You’ll be working on projects with leading housing providers, including the largest housing association in the UK, helping improve how residents access information and stay connected during regeneration and construction works.
A core part of this role is editing and producing frequent video updates from onsite construction footage, helping showcase progress and keep residents informed in a clear, engaging, and accessible way. Working primarily on the ebrik platform, you’ll help ensure residents stay informed, engaged, and connected throughout these projects.
Key Responsibilities- Although the role is primarily remote, travel to multiple construction site locations across London at least once per week to film, photograph, and interview site managers and project teams.
- Capture high-quality onsite video and photo content, including construction progress updates, walkthroughs, resident communications, and key project milestones.
- Edit a high volume of video content using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro to create clear, engaging, and accessible updates for residents and stakeholders.
- Turn raw construction site footage into polished digital content suitable for the Ebrik platform, social media, and client communications.
- Upload, organise, and manage content on the Ebrik backend platform, including videos, images, text updates, documents, and access links.
- Maintain accurate records of resident registrations and ensure users receive the correct access information and platform communications.
- Create and edit visual assets using Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop, including resident maps, floorplans, building layouts, and informational graphics.
- Collaborate with housing associations, developers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure content remains accurate, accessible, and up to date.
- Help improve how construction and regeneration information is communicated to residents, supporting stronger engagement between housing providers and communities.
- Support the wider content and marketing strategy by contributing ideas for digital storytelling, social media content, and platform improvements.
This is a junior position suited to someone early in their career who is particularly interested in video shooting, editing and content creation in a real‑world, fast‑moving environment. You’ll gain hands‑on experience working on large‑scale redevelopment projects, with video as a key communication tool. The role is primarily remote, with occasional in‑person meetups.
Skills & Experience- Confidence editing video (Premiere Pro or similar)

- Comfortable updating content on digital platforms (e.g. CMS tools, Wix, or other website builders)
- Basic skills in Adobe Illustrator of Photoshop and/or a willingness to learn
