I am partnering with a fantastic high-quality, independent, brand-first performance agency working with some of the most exciting luxury fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands, alongside high-growth DTC businesses. This is a Senior Paid Media Account Manager role, and I am looking for someone hands-on, who wants real ownership of strategy, performance, and client relationships, in a small, ambitious, values-led team where your impact is felt immediately.
The Role
- You’ll take ownership of strategic delivery across a portfolio of clients, operating confidently across:
- Client leadership – trusted partner, commercial guidance, clear comms
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading paid media strategy across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok (and more)
- Building structured testing roadmaps (creative, audiences, messaging, funnel)
- Acting as senior lead on client accounts — owning relationships and results
- Coaching junior team members and improving ways of working
- Using data (GA4, Shopify, Looker Studio, attribution tools) to guide decisions
Experience Needed:
- 5+ years’ agency-side experience in paid media / performance marketing
- Strong experience with fashion, beauty or lifestyle e-commerce brands
- Confident across Meta & Google Ads (TikTok experience a big plus)
- Experience managing senior stakeholders and client relationships
- Passion for creative testing, not just in-platform optimisation
- Comfortable working with budgets from £10k to £200k+ per month
- Experience mentoring or managing junior team members
