Paid Media Performance Manager – DTC Growth (Hybrid, London)

I am delighted to be partnering with a fantastic D2C Health and Wellness brand, who are looking for a

Performance / Growth Marketing Manager to take ownership of performance across

Meta, Tik Tok, and Google Ads .

This role will be working closely with creatives, developers, and brand teams.

It is part media buying, part strategy, and part CRO / attribution science, perfect for someone curious, analytical, and creatively-driven.

You’ll report directly to the Founder and be responsible for driving

DTC growth , optimising funnels, and scaling campaigns profitably for a fast-growing brand.

  • What You’ll Do
  • Run paid campaigns across

Meta, Tik Tok, and Google , managing budgets, optimising performance, and scaling winners.

  • Analyse creative performance and collaborate with designers and copywriters to generate scroll‑stopping content.
  • Lead landing page A/B tests and CRO experiments to improve conversion rates.
  • Refine attribution models, track CAC/LTV, and provide actionable insights for multi‑channel performance.
  • Identify new growth opportunities and expand campaigns efficiently.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to support agile creative testing and rapid iteration.

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of

Performance Marketing / Performance Creative experience, ideally in‑house for a subscription DTC brand.

  • Proven track record managing sizeable paid social budgets (£100k+ monthly) .
  • Deep expertise in
  • Meta & Tik Tok Ads ; comfortable with
  • Google Ads

(Search, Performance Max, Shopping).

  • Skilled at spotting leaky funnels and improving conversion rates.
  • Experienced in

CRO tools such as VWO, Google Optimize, Shoplift, or similar.

  • Passionate about e-commerce and scaling B2C brands.
  • Strong understanding of attribution, LTV, and performance metrics.
