I am working with a fantastic AI scale-up, who are looking for an experienced Growth Manager to join their team. This is not a management role. This is for someone who wants to own pipeline, build from scratch, and be in the work every day.
My client is an early-stage, AI-native startup who are looking for a hands-on growth operator to build our GTM engine from zero.
What you’ll own:
- Build and run the end-to-end growth engine (signal → campaign → demo → pipeline)
- Launch, test, and optimise LinkedIn campaigns (paid + organic)
- Work closely with Sales to improve lead quality daily
- Own conversion rate optimisation across landing pages and demo flows
- Build dashboards, attribution models, and funnel reporting
- Use data + signals (intent, engagement, hiring triggers) to continuously sharpen targeting
What they are looking for:
- 4–7 years in growth / demand gen / performance marketing / GTM Ops (ideally B2B SaaS)
- Proven experience driving pipeline via LinkedIn campaigns
- Strong hands-on experience with tools like LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, HubSpot, and GTM tools
- Comfortable owning a paid budget and reporting on revenue outcomes
- Highly analytical — you build dashboards and iterate fast
- Experience in small teams / startups where you execute, not delegate
- Excited about using AI to augment how you work
This role is for you if…
- You check campaign performance before anything else on a Monday
- You know your CPL, CTR, and conversion rates off the top of your head
- You ship fast, test constantly, and optimise weekly
- You want to build an AI-first GTM motion from scratch
Bonus:
- Equity (early-stage, meaningful upside)
- London-based, 3–4 days/week in-office
- Direct access to founders, real ownership
