I am delighted to be working with an independent creative studio working across digital media, branded storytelling, and original content development. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a Founder’s Associate/ EA to work directly with the Founder & CEO. This is a high-trust, high-impact role focused on execution, operations, and strategic support. You’ll help drive projects forward, improve systems and workflows, manage priorities, and ensure nothing important slips through the cracks.
Responsibilities
- Drive execution across key business initiatives
- Coordinate projects, timelines, and stakeholders
- Build systems, reporting, and operational processes
- Support the Founder with prioritisation and strategic projects
- Identify opportunities for AI and workflow automation
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years experience in startups, consulting, operations, media, or strategy
