I'm delighted to be partnering with a leading interior design, as they look to hire two Workplace Concierges to join their growing team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with front-of-house, hospitality, co-working, or workplace experience who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating outstanding workplace experiences.
The successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Providing a warm and professional welcome to visitors, clients, and employees
- Managing front-of-house operations and delivering a concierge-style service
- Ensuring meeting rooms and client spaces are presentation-ready at all times
- Supporting workplace events, hospitality, and employee experience initiatives
- Assisting with onboarding, office tours, and day-to-day workplace requests
- Maintaining exceptional standards across the workplace environment
