I am delighted to be working with an independent creative studio working across digital media, branded storytelling, and original content development. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a Founder’s Associate/ EA to work directly with the Founder & CEO. This is a high-trust, high-impact role focused on execution, operations, and strategic support. You’ll help drive projects forward, improve systems and workflows, manage priorities, and ensure nothing important slips through the cracks.

Responsibilities

  • Drive execution across key business initiatives
  • Coordinate projects, timelines, and stakeholders
  • Build systems, reporting, and operational processes
  • Support the Founder with prioritisation and strategic projects
  • Identify opportunities for AI and workflow automation
