I am delighted to be partnering with a fantastic Integrated B2B Communications agency, who are looking for an Account Director to manage their portfolio of clients (real estate, climate, energy and construction). You’ll join a growing, international integrated communications consultancy working with ambitious B2B organisations operating in complex, regulated and fast-moving sectors across real estate, climate, energy and construction. This agency specialises in helping businesses sharpen what they’re known for — combining strategic clarity, storytelling and creative execution across earned and owned channels.

As Account Director, you’ll take senior ownership of key global client accounts, acting as the strategic lead and primary day-to-day contact. This is a highly client-facing role requiring confidence, judgement and authority. You’ll set direction, shape narrative, oversee delivery, and act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, knowing when to lead, when to challenge, and when to push for better.
