Part of a wider HR Transformation team, the Analyst contributes to the design and implementation of change through stakeholder engagement, with a focus on requirements elicitation and business case formulation (using a range of Agile techniques).

The Analyst will support the development of the Target Operating Model (TOM) and the suite of business process maps.

This role requires strong analytical skills, an understanding of HR policies and processes, and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
