Working within the Multimedia team, this role bridges the gap between traditional broadcast-quality production and the agile, authentic content that performs on platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram. The successful candidate will be equally comfortable directing a Managing Director on camera, editing on a laptop in an airport lounge, and collaborating with the wider Multimedia team on longer-form projects. This role will also produce video content for internal communications to keep staff engaged and connected to the EBRD's mission and will travel to the regions where the EBRD invests to capture impact stories from the field. Accountabilities comfort with After Effects a plus Ability to work quickly under pressure and deliver content to tight deadlines Confidence directing senior executives and non-professional talent on camera Understanding of what makes content perform on LinkedIn, Instagram, and emerging platforms Excellent written and spoken English; ability to script concise, engaging content Willingness to travel, sometimes at short notice Desirable: Experience in a corporate, institutional, or agency environment Familiarity with international development, finance, or sustainability topics Additional languages relevant to the EBRD's regions of operation Experience with motion graphics What is it like to work at the EBRD? / About EBRD Our agile and innovative approach is what makes life at the EBRD a unique experience!
